Photos of misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks (28 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks (28 days) after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report that includes a detailed description of the product issue along with photo(s) of the defective/damaged/misprinted item. Photos should be taken in a well-lit area and the product should be laid out for easy viewing.
Wrong Address - Please provide a valid and sufficient address so that your product(s) are mailed without issue. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse (including size exchanges). To avoid this, please refer to the size chart provided for each of the clothing items you wish to purchase. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges.
